… After just 3 weeks we connected with a group of people in the general area that are very experienced in all aspects of foraging for mushrooms. Experienced in things I hadn't even thought of such as obtaining permits to forage for mushrooms. Who knew you needed a permit? Not me. I never heard of such a thing, and they're not easy to get.
